Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer shipping within Switzerland only. All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via Swiss post with standard or expedited options available at checkout. Please note we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer automatic international shipping through our website. However, we are happy to accommodate international customers on a case-by-case basis.

If you are located outside Switzerland and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@theclaywreath.com with the items you wish to purchase and your full shipping address. We will provide a custom shipping quote and further instructions.
